SITE YL Scholarship

This past October, A2E teamed up with one of our industry partners, SITE Global, to sponsor a scholarship for the 2022 SITE Young Leadership Conference. We were delighted to join Royal Caribbean International in supporting scholarships for two lucky students to participate in this year’s event, with all-expense-paid trips to the conference.

The SITE YL scholarship helped support two applicants by providing airfare, hotel accommodations, tuition for the event, and of course, the ability to network with top leaders in the industry. From experience, we understand the invaluable education and networking opportunities these types of events bring for those looking to grow within the industry. That’s why we jumped at the opportunity to help two young professionals gain experience and learn valuable lessons that benefit their professional endeavors as they move forward in their careers.

The SITE YL Conference is one of our favorites, as it aims to bridge gaps and form new relationships between established industry professionals and those just starting out. It was an honor for us to be a part of SITE Youth Scholarship this year, especially with a theme we loved—Resilient Well-being. We spent this year's event forming new industry relationships and attending sessions focused on well-being, resilience, engagement, and how to further connect with our clients in a meaningful, purposeful way. We also loved the CSR component, where we stuffed animals for local children in need.

The event included plenaries from top keynote speakers, interactive sessions to unlock students' creativity, and research to help guide their planning and strategic initiatives. Overall, this year's event was a huge success, and we were beyond thrilled to be a part of it.

Next, we’ll turn our attention to the 2023 SITE Global Conference held in New York City this upcoming February. We can’t wait to be back with our peers over at SITE and experience another great event next year.
